Energetic properties
May chang is traditionally considered an uplifting, refreshing oil in aromatherapy lore, often chosen to counter fatigue and a flat, cluttered mood. Many people diffuse it alongside geranium or ylang ylang for a rounder scent.
How to use
- Add a few drops to a diffuser or oil burner
- Dilute well in a carrier oil before skin use, and patch test first
