Spiritual meaning | Energetic properties | Symbolism
Lavender's scent has been used for generations to help settle the mind and body after a busy day, and it remains one of the most familiar calming herbs in folk practice. Wheat, long tied to nourishment and abundance, gives the bag a comforting heft that pairs well with the herb's gentler qualities.
