Before bed, or during a full moon evening, lay your crystals along this selenite bar carved with the phases of the moon and leave them to rest overnight. The design runs the length of the plate, from new moon to full and back again.
Spiritual meaning and symbolism
Selenite is named after Selene, the Greek moon goddess, so a moon phase design feels fitting on this particular stone. In crystal lore, selenite is often described as self-cleansing, said to clear other crystals without itself needing cleansing, and many people like to charge stones under moonlight on plates such as this one, combining both traditions.
