Energetic properties
Named for the seven chakras, this blend is traditionally burned while focusing on the body's energy centres during yoga or meditation. Its rounded, many-noted fragrance is chosen less for a single scent than for the calm, settled atmosphere it builds, making it equally suited to a slow morning or an unwinding evening practice.
How to use
- Light the tip and let it glow for a moment before blowing out the flame.
- Place the stick in a stable holder built to take the heat and ash.
- Let some air into the room while the incense burns.
- Don't leave it unattended, and keep it well away from children and pets.

- Vanillin, coumarin and Yara Yara (perfume) blend, hand-rolled in India.
