Spiritual meaning
According to Tibetan tradition, singing bowls trace back to the time of the historical Buddha and travelled from India to Tibet centuries ago. This set draws on the five Buddha theme often used as a support for mindfulness practice, with the sound said to help ease the mind toward a settled, meditative state.
