Spiritual meaning
Dragon stone takes its name from a legend popular in Madagascar, where it was said that the remains of dragons settled to the sea floor and became stone over time. It is most often composed of calcite, aragonite and grey limestone, though specimens can also contain hematite, flint, jasper, dolomite or pyrite, making every piece unique. In crystal lore, it is considered a favourite for the knowledge-hungry and curious minded.
