Spiritual meaning
This blend is traditionally burned to support emotional balance, offering a quiet moment to sort through thoughts and feelings that have piled up. It doesn't aim to erase a difficult day, just to give the mind a little room to settle into something calmer and clearer.
How to use
- Light the tip and let it glow for a moment before blowing out the flame.
- Place the stick in a stable holder built to take the heat and ash.
- Let some air into the room while the incense burns.
- Don't leave it unattended, and keep it well away from children and pets.
