We deliver to 25 countries of the European Union from a warehouse inside the EU. Shipping is calculated on weight and shown in full at checkout, before you pay.
Free delivery
Delivery is free once your order reaches the threshold for your country. Thresholds differ because carriers charge differently in each country.

Below the threshold
Under those amounts, shipping is calculated on the weight of your parcel and shown with the total at checkout. A salt lamp or a stone statue costs more to send than a box of incense, and we'd rather show you the real cost than hide it in the price of every product.
Where your parcel comes from
Every order is packed and dispatched from a warehouse inside the European Union, so there are no customs formalities and no import charges anywhere in the EU. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves.
Places we can't reach
Our carriers don't serve some island regions, so rather than accept an order we couldn't deliver, we've switched them off at checkout: Sicily and Sardinia in Italy, the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in Spain, and the Azores and Madeira in Portugal. If you live there and would like something from us, write to us and we'll see what we can do.
If something goes wrong
Parcels sometimes go missing, and now and then a box arrives with a crushed corner. Let us know through the contact page, with a photo if anything is damaged, and we'll put it right. See also returns.
