Spiritual meaning
Palo Santo, meaning holy wood, comes from a tree native to South America. It has long been burned in local traditions to clear stale energy from a space and to mark the transition between activities, from work to rest, from noise to quiet. The jasmine scent adds a soft, floral note that many people associate with calm and gentle uplift.
How to use
- Light the tip of the stick and let it catch a flame briefly
- Blow it out gently so it smoulders and releases smoke
- Place it in a heatproof holder, away from curtains and other flammable items
- Never leave burning incense unattended and keep the room ventilated
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
