Among the herb-derived oils, oregano is one of the strongest, and people who already know essential oils tend to reach for it with a lighter hand than most others. This oil is steam distilled from the leaves and flowers of Origanum vulgare, the same plant grown for the kitchen herb.
Energetic properties
