Energetic properties
Camomile has long been grown and burned for its soft character, and in herbal and incense traditions it is closely associated with calm and unwinding. Many people burn it during a quiet pause between tasks, or in the hour before settling down for the evening.
How to use
- Light the tip until it catches a flame, then blow it out so the stick smoulders
- Stand it upright in a heatproof incense holder to catch the falling ash
- Burn in a ventilated room, away from draughts, children, pets and anything flammable
- Each stick burns for approximately 30 minutes
