Spiritual meaning
Amethyst is traditionally associated with calm and clarity, often placed in bedrooms or meditation corners for a quieter mood. Lavender itself has long been used in relaxation rituals, and many people burn it in the evening to slow down and unwind after a busy day.
How to use
- Light the tip of one stick and let it catch, then gently blow out the flame
- Rest the stick in a heatproof holder, away from curtains, papers and draughts
- Never leave burning incense unattended and keep it out of reach of children and pets
- Air the room well while it burns and after you finish
- Keep the amethyst chips separately as a small keepsake, or place them near your incense holder
