When you set up your altar or reading table, this fringed cloth gives you a ready-made focal point. Lay it flat, place your candles, cards or crystals on top, and the printed chakra chart helps you orient your practice around the seven energy centres.
Spiritual meaning
The chakra system is a long-standing concept in yogic and tantric traditions, describing seven main energy centres running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Many people use a chakra chart during meditation or energy work as a visual reminder of where to direct attention, breath or intention, moving through each centre in turn.
How to use
- Spread the cloth on your altar, meditation space or reading table
- Use it as a base under crystals, candles or tarot decks
- Follow the chart from root to crown during meditation or visualisation
- Fold and store flat when not in use to keep it smooth
Care
- Spot clean or hand wash gently, keep away from open flame
Details
- Material: cotton
- Size: 50 x 50 cm
- Fringed border
- Chakra chart print
