You lay this cloth out before you begin a tarot reading, a meditation or a small ritual, and the Life Death Rebirth design becomes the ground everything else sits on. The fringed edge gives it a finished look whether it is spread across a table or folded away in a drawer between sessions.
Symbolism
The Life Death Rebirth motif reflects the cycles that run through many spiritual traditions, connecting the ending of one phase to the beginning of another. Placed beneath cards, candles or stones, it is traditionally used to mark out a dedicated space and to keep the focus of a practice on transformation and renewal.
How to use
- Spread flat as a base for tarot or oracle readings
- Use as an altar covering for candles, stones or offerings
- Fold gently along existing lines to avoid creasing the fringe
- Hand wash cold if needed and air dry flat
