You place this crystal ball on its stand and let it catch whatever light is in the room, the clear glass sphere holding your attention as you settle into a quiet moment of reflection or scrying practice.
Symbolism
Few objects carry as much mystical weight as the crystal ball. It appears in the Book of Revelation and in the legend of King Arthur, where Merlin is said to have consulted his own sphere for guidance. Scryers of the Middle Ages treasured their crystal balls, sometimes passing them down to apprentices, and their combination of transparency and perfect symmetry has long made them a tool for focused, contemplative practice.
