This pack contains around 100 spare reed diffuser sticks, made from natural bamboo and cut to a slender 3.5mm width. They are designed to replace worn or saturated reeds in any reed diffuser bottle, making them a practical stock item for anyone who uses diffusers regularly.
Traditional use
Reed diffusers have long been valued as a flameless way to bring continuous fragrance into a home. Unlike a candle or oil burner, there is no naked flame, no dripping wax and no smoke, which makes this method popular in households with children or animals, as well as in offices and bedrooms. The porous bamboo draws the fragrance oil upward and releases it gradually into the air.
How to use
- Place the reeds into the neck of a reed diffuser bottle filled with fragrance oil
- Allow a few hours for the oil to travel up the reeds before the scent becomes noticeable
- Turn the reeds over occasionally, or flip the soaked end upward, to refresh the fragrance
- Replace reeds once they become clogged or discoloured for a stronger scent throw
