This full-flavoured fruit infusion blends blackberry, cherry, raspberry and strawberry over a bed of hibiscus, rose hips and apple, giving it a bright cherry-red colour when brewed.
Spiritual meaning
Late-summer berries and hibiscus flowers have long featured in herbal traditions, often gathered together as a way of holding onto the warmth and abundance of the season through the colder months.
How to use
- Use 4g of loose tea per 200ml of water
- Pour water heated to around 95ºC over the blend
- Let it stand for 5-7 minutes, then strain and serve
- Enjoy hot or leave to cool for a fruity iced infusion
