Some days call for a quick pause rather than a long ritual, and that is exactly what this small cedar bundle is built for. At 11 cm it is one of the more compact sticks in the range, enough for a short burn between tasks.
Symbolism
Cedar is traditionally paired with sage in North American smudging practice, valued for a warm, woody scent and associated in folklore with protection and grounding rather than an intense clearing. It is often reached for at the start or close of a working day, when only a short burn is needed.
How to use
- Light the tip at an angle and let it catch, then blow out the flame so it smoulders and releases smoke.
- Rest it in a heatproof dish or shell and carry it slowly around the room.
- Never leave a burning bundle unattended, and keep a window or door open while it burns.
