There is a point in the evening when the house finally goes quiet and you reach for the same small bottle you always reach for. How to use

• Add a few drops to a diffuser, an oil burner or a bowl of hot water.
• Always dilute it in a carrier oil before it touches your skin, and test on a small patch first.
• Do not swallow it, and keep the bottles away from children and pets.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before using essential oils.
• Store the bottles upright and closed, away from heat and direct light.
