Before you start a task that needs a clear head, or simply to mark the start of a new day, try burning a White Sage incense stick. Light the tip, wait for it to glow, then blow out the flame and rest the stick in a holder. The smoke carries the familiar dry, herbal scent of sage across the room over about thirty minutes.
