In the evening, as the day winds down, you light one of these Lavender backflow incense cones on a heatproof backflow burner and watch the smoke begin its slow descent. Set the cone at the top of your burner, above the hole, light the tip and let it catch, then blow out the flame once the end glows steadily. Within moments the smoke turns downward, heavier than air, spilling in soft swirls over the burner's shape and pooling at its base.
Spiritual meaning
Lavender is traditionally associated with calm and balance, valued in aromatherapy and folk practice alike for easing tension at the end of a long day. Many people burn it in the evening to settle the mind before rest, using the scent as a quiet marker between the busyness of the day and the stillness of the night.

- Place the cone on a backflow incense burner designed with a channel for the smoke to fall
- Light the tip, let it burn briefly, then blow out the flame
- Set on a heatproof, stable surface away from drafts

- Ventilate the room while burning
