Energetic properties
As with other white sage bundles, burning it is traditionally used to clear the air of a space before meditation or prayer, and many people also burn sage between clients in bodywork or therapy settings to reset a treatment room. The name serene aura reflects how the blend is marketed rather than a specific added ingredient, since the supplier lists sage as the base material.
How to use
- Light the tip at an angle and let it catch, then blow out the flame so it smoulders and smokes.
- A shell, ceramic dish or other heatproof container works well to hold it and catch any ash as you move around the room; a feather or fan can help guide the smoke if you like.
- Never leave it burning unattended, and keep the room ventilated while it burns.
