On a cold morning, a drop of Spruce Essential Oil on a diffuser brings the smell of a winter forest into the room before you open the door to the day. Steam distilled from the needles and twigs of Tsuga canadensis in the United States, it has an earthy, resinous scent that stays close to the tree it comes from, without the sweetness of citrus oils or the warmth of spice blends.
Energetic properties

How to use
