Energetic properties
Rosemary's association with memory and clarity goes back centuries in European folklore, summed up in the old phrase rosemary for remembrance, and paired with white sage it brings that link into a smudging bundle traditionally used to clear a space before concentrated work.
How to use
- Light the tip until it catches, then blow out the flame so the bundle smoulders and smokes rather than burns with an open flame.
- Carry it in a heatproof dish, moving slowly so the smoke has time to drift into corners.
- Keep it away from children and pets, never leave it unattended, and ventilate the room.
