Spiritual meaning
Juniper incense is made from the dried berries and needles of the juniper tree, ground and mixed with a binding agent to form each stick. Tibetan juniper incense is traditionally rolled from natural herbs, oils and other ingredients, and its resinous aroma is often chosen for meditation, spiritual practice and simple aromatherapy at home.
How to use
- Stand the incense stick upright in the brass holder, on a heatproof surface
- Light the tip, allow it to catch, then blow out the flame so it smoulders
- Never leave burning incense unattended and keep away from children and pets
- Keep the room ventilated while it burns
