Spiritual meaning
White sage smudging is a practice with deep roots in Indigenous traditions of the Americas, traditionally used to clear a space and mark a fresh start. Many people also burn it before working with new crystals or settling into meditation.
How to use
- Place one bead in the included holder
- Light the tip until it catches, then blow out the flame so it smoulders
- Set on a heatproof surface away from draughts and flammable materials
- Never leave burning beads unattended and keep away from children and pets
- Air the room afterwards
