Light this stick after a busy day, once the last tasks are done, and let the fresh, lightly woody scent take over the room slowly. Banjara Buddha Serenity is part of a series of incense sticks inspired by states of calm associated with the Buddha.
Spiritual meaning
Serenity is traditionally associated with a settled mind, free from the pull of stress and worry. Incense carrying this name is often burned during meditation or yoga, or simply while winding down in the evening, as a gentle way of easing into rest.
How to use
- Light the tip, let it catch, then blow out the flame so it smoulders
- Stand it upright in a heatproof holder away from drafts
- Never leave burning incense unattended, and keep it clear of curtains and other flammable materials
- Ventilate the room afterwards
